Tailwinds Homeowners' Association, Inc. was established on April 27, 1981.  This association was organized to serve the property owners in Colony Park.  Colony Park is one of 5 subdivisions in Ranch Colony that was developed by the First Suncastle Corporation in 1980. The first sale of a lot took place on September 15, 1982 when most lots' listing prices were $92,500.
